Hello,

My husband and I just stayed at the Best Western in Payson, AZ. We really enjoyed our stay and I wanted to take a moment to email you about it. The room we stayed in was reasonably priced, very clean and large. We greatly appreciated being allowed to have our dogs with us for a small fee. We loved sitting on the private patio and looking at the beautiful grassy courtyard. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. We left having had a wonderful stay. It was after we left when I was most impressed. On accident, I left my two favorite dresses in the closet. I called late on Sunday night and left a message for housekeeping. First thing on Monday morning Brett from housekeeping called me back. He offered to send the dresses and he was so nice about it. It is that type of customer service that really makes a difference. Thanks to Brett and everyone else we encountered at the Payson Best Western!
