Green Valley Park
This aesthetic and spacious 40-acre park setup is managed by Payson Parks and Recreation Department, is an excellent picnic and recreation destination in Payson. Park features 10-foot wide sidewalks, restrooms, picnic areas, barbecues, ducks, Veterans Memorial and a children’s playground. The Park highlights includes three man-made lakes that makes this popular fishing activity location, in coordination with Arizona Game and Fish and its Urban Fishing Program these lakes are stocked every three weeks with Rainbow Trout from October – May of each year. You can also enjoy Town’s Outdoor Concert Series in a three-acre amphitheater hosted in the park, which are free to the public on Saturday evenings throughout the summer months. Don’t forget to softball game at Rumsey Park this summers. Three fishing lakes, walking paths, playground, summer concerts.
